We purchased our spa from Dwayne in San Diego, and he gave us a great deal on a Prestige spa. Our spa was promptly and professionally delivered by Fili, Tomas and Armando from the Escondido site. The delivery and set up was perfect, and the guys were friendly and helpful in every way. Once our electricity was ready, Efren immediately came out and explained exactly how to operate our controls and how to maintain clear, clean water. After reading so many confusing websites, Efren clarified everything regarding chemical balance of the water, how to care for the spa and cover, and required maintenance schedules. We are so very happy that we went with such a professional and hospitable company! Service from these guys is second to none! Carddine has earned our respect and trust. Thanks, guys!

So we went to the Del Mar fair to see about buying a hot tub and met Dwayne — some sort of sales manager. We explained we were not sure we were ready to buy a hot tub but he assured us that he would help us with the logistics of rewiring for 220v and assured us that we had a 72 hour cancellation time frame to figure it all out. Well, he was sure happy to take our money and then we got the quote for rewiring and we realized it wasn’t realistic to get the hot tub so we called to cancel and were told we couldn’t cancel. They were extremely rude to my husband and told him that like it or not we had to buy the hot tub. He called back and asked a girl who answered the phone for the legal department and she refused and said that it wouldn’t matter anyways. She said we could «write all the little letters we wanted» to the company because it wouldn’t matter. Well I called back and explained a little bit about contract law to them and suddenly their tune changed. My fear is that they are lying to customers who legally can cancel their contracts. What if I did not know the law? Funny part is, we were going to see about buying a 110v version from them, but not now. BUYER BEWARE!

I met Carddine Spas and BBQ (Carmeto Mata Mgr.) at Del Mar show they had a booth. Since I own Bull products (I have for years) wanted to see what’s new. Carmeio said hello if he could answer any questions just ask. I remembered that one of my Bull products the side burner cover handle which I had a new one for over year I could never get the old handle off to replace it.
I mentioned this to Carmeio who gave me his card and said he could possibly help. Yesterday I went to their office showroom in Escondido where Carmeio took care of business for me. He had to drill out the old screws and found replacement to secure my new handle on. Excellent customer service, Great Bull products they sell. Kudos to them for keeping client satisfaction A++.

Ive visited this store on a number of occasions to purchase BBQ accessories and ask follow up questions to a previous BBQ purchase i had made. Let me tell you that these guys are great guys.
