Dr. Chiang and his nurse have always been warm and friendly every time when I come to his office. He takes his time to address my concerns, and never rush through the clinical examination. I appreciate his professionalism and great bedside manner. His nurse and office staff are very helpful on making reminder phone calls on necessary lab works and follow ups, which really help me stay health despite my busy schedule! He has been my doctor for 14 years and I highly recommended Dr. Chiang and his office.

I have been a patient of Dr, Chiang;s for over 15 years. He has treated me for a variety of health issues including kidney tumor, prostate problems and more. He has always been very helpful, caring and gives me the time I need for treatment. I have changed health care plans in order to remain with Dr. Chiang!

My father in law has been seeing Dr. Chiang for 3 years and has a history of heart problems and diabetes. Last Saturday, he went to ER at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, complaining of burning chest pain. They did a full work-up, but the ER Dr. said nothing was wrong with his heart and said it was indigestion, and sent him home. He continued to have chest pain throughout weekend and finally on Monday, my mother in law called the Dr. Chiang to explain his condidtion has worsened. Dr. Chiang said just take acid reducer and if gets even worse — take Tumms! He never even asked to see him in his office to evaluate him again. His pain got worse on Monday night and ended up at Palomar ER again, then on Tuesday he had 2 stents put in. While all this was happening, Dr. Chiang was unaware of his condition. He demonstrated«no follow-up» and lack of adequate care. My mother in law had to call him to tell him he had surgery! We highly discourage anyone from seeing this Dr!
