Cindy Nails

I’m sorry but I really don’t like this place. I found this place driving around since 3 other nail salons I’ve been to were too busy. There is nothing that annoys me more then a slow nail tech! My daughter got a full set, I got a fill. My fill took over an hour. My daughters was done by a different tech who finished her’s before mine. I couldn’t believe that.
So not only was my lady slow but she cut me, hurt me several times, nails were not even so I kept having to show her. The color I chose was darker and after 3 coats it came out very light. Maybe she didn’t grab right one… I don’t know. But she asked me if it was better and I said «no but it’s going to have to be cause I need to go!». Some nails appear darker then others. I won’t come back here.

Okay, so 9 days later… My nails have never been this bad… Chipping on gelnails. And the nail polish just coming off like if was an extra layer… Very disappointed. My nails are cracking on all sides. Uuhhh $ 70 + tip… Very disappointed. I should have just followed what others said. 15 yrs she said that they were there. Can’t believe this.

I went there for several years and called asking for a fix, only to be asks, «are you drinking or drunk» !!! Extremely unprofessional! Save your money and time, go to a place that respects every client.

Poor Cindy. The day that I went there, one of her girls didn’t show up and she had to turn people away left and right. At the beginning of the appointment, we had a great time and she let me help her choose what gel colors to purchase for the future. Then things changed. Cindy was very stressed about her employee and you could tell. Her work was a very rushed and uneven. Also, although I told her that my nails were very thin and I didn’t want to make them any thinner, she used a dremel tool that made my nails so thin that even when I had a gel polish they broke within two days. Then she tried to give me fewer coats of gel than I’ve ever received anywhere else. In the end, I would probably not go back but if you need a quick cheap manicure, try it out.

Every time I visit Escondido this is where I come. She is fast, professional and always does a 5 star job!

Went in this morning and I have to say it wasn’t bad at all. The service was great and the staff is super friendly!!! The price isn’t bad either! Overall I’ll for sure be back :)

Nothing special. It’s convenient, they work quickly and the staff is nice. I have been here a couple of times over the years because the location is conveniently close to me.

Fast, convenient, and friendly. Cannot complain.

don’t know how it is now but a few years back my mother and I were regulars. They always seemed to overcharged or were smart to push us getting more expensive things than what we just wanted. Either way, their acrylic nails and manicures/​pedicures were good quality and never chipped or broke. They’re not that personable, speak minimal English, and always were yelling at eachother. May have a long wait time.

This is the dirtiest salon I have been to yet. I think I got a fungus from the pedicure I got there. The owner is very nice but clean it up please!
