We had «Consider it Staged» come out for a «Walk & Talk» a few months ago. Honestly, it was a complete waste of $ 250. Everything that they suggested could have been found on the internet for free, live and learn. They were nice enough. The price they charge for what is given is way out of line. They were out maybe 1 ½ hours — quite hefty hourly rate for what we got. Maybe if they did a complete «staging» w/​their furniture /​home decorating items, etc. there would have been more value in their service. If we had been given the courtesy of a follow-​up phone call or note from them, asking us how we liked their service, we would have told them our feelings instead of writing them here on Unilocal

We could not be happier with the service and results of using Consider it Staged! You were all so helpful in creating a vision for the newly remodelled home that we needed to sell! I just loved the fact that I didn’t need to come up with a concept or idea of what we needed to do… your team was able to see the space and create the vision! Excellent work!
