Do not use this company for your direct mail. Their lack of attention to detail makes a real difference. Examples: they mailed out 1300 letters with the word FIRST, in bold no less, in several places in the letters, they should have been personalized with first name. Then a mail recipient called me to say that her package arrived (10×13 envelope) but it had someone’s prescription bottle in it. Then I receive two «late» invoices that I was not aware of and what a surprise, they put a lot more effort into getting their measly $ 266 than addressing my concerns. Pay more, unless you have time to go to their facility and supervise the project.
