Fast, courteous and professional. Water heater went out in the morning, gave Dynamic a call. He gave me a time window of 30 minutes for his arrival. He arrived on time. He gave me an estimate for the diagnosis and told me I would have to pay for any parts that needed replacing. He fixed the problem. He charged me for the diagnosis and $ 10 for parts. I was grateful to not have my wife yelling at me about no hot water. I am using this guy for any plumbing issues moving forward.

I can’t praise this company enough! Around 7:30pm we encountered an emergency plumbing situation. I immediately logged onto Unilocal and started calling every plumber in the area. I called tons of numbers and no one answered. My husband told me to call Roto Rooters, so I did. They are all fancy with their answering service and told me someone would be calling me immediately. They never did! A few minutes after we hung up with them, Dynamic Plumbing called me back. They saw our missed call and returned it even though we didn’t leave a message. The guy said he could be here in half an hour! I was amazed! He showed up and was very kind and courteous. He quoted an extremely reasonable price and got straight to work. He’s working now, so I will update more on how the actual job went later! Thank you Dynamic Plumbing!

We had a doozy on our hands! Unbeknownst to us, the main water line into our new home was cracked (read: leaking) somewhere under our driveway. Yesterday we found our front yard floating in water. We contacted Dynamic Plumbing and Chris (my new plumbing buddy) was at my door within 2 hours. He worked until almost 7pm trying to find the leak and a solution at which point it was dark so he called it a night. He found our neighbor and hooked a hose from their home to ours so we at least had water for the night. Today he came back again and worked ALL DAY making everything right. He had to dig multiple holes to get the job done but he managed to preserve the sod throughout the process. Not only did he put the sod back in place but he washed down the driveway and cleaned up all the mess he’d made.
On top of it all he remained friendly and positive throughout the day despite being rained on. It was wonderful to work with such a nice company and rep.
