Expert Demo & Haul

Well deserved 5 stars for Expert Demo & Haul! Pierre and his team did a great job on our project. We had a lot of grading, dirt and concrete to remove over several days and Pierre and his team fulfilled every commitment as promised. Pierre was very easy to work with and proved to be very reliable. We negotiated everything upfront and once we had a deal, he delivered as promised for the agreed upon price. I shopped around for a while and found that Pierre was the most reasonable and was very willing to work with my schedule. He and his team are very skilled in demo, hauling and grading and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Pierre and his crew were awesome. Lowest bid and great results. I contacted at least 5 different demo and hauling companies. Expert Demo and Haul was the cheapest. They showed up on time, stuck to their budget, demoed the driveway and walkway exactly as I asked, and cleaned up afterword. And, the day they were scheduled to do the work, we got an unexpected El Nino dump of rain. Expert Demo didn’t cancel. They showed up on time and worked through the pouring rain. They were all completely soaked the entire time, yet they kept working. And, as I said, they didn’t increase the budget a dime. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

5+ stars!!! Had a big job to do in my backyard — demo and hauling of a big playhouse, swingset, trampoline, and disposal of an old sectional, porch swing, bathroom sink and cabinet, miscellaneous wood and all sorts of stuff — I didn’t know where to start! It truly was overwhelming. Called around and emailed for estimates from several companies — some never responded, and one was very rude, but Pierre from Expert Demo and Haul came to my rescue. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me a very reasonable quote right on the phone, and came in person to go over all the work, and told me he was eager to have the job and appreciated my business. He came when he said he would, worked VERY hard and steadily all day with his helper, charged what we had agreed on, and finished it all in one day. All the time with a smile and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Pierre and Expert Demo and Haul! Merci, Pierre!

Pierre is the real deal. He arrived on time and did the job exactly as we agreed. Pierre has his own equipment, great operators and knows how to efficiently get the job done without being reckless. The best part about Pierre is that he stuck to his word and didn’t try to renegotiate or charge me more for the job. He was the most affordable option and honestly, probably the best demo guy I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended!
