So this is my first time to a farmer boys. I had a friend tell me it was really good but being from the East Coast I’ve never been to one. I just went to the drive through and was surprised at how large their menu is and how varying their selections are you can get vegan burgers you can get breakfast you can get sandwiches and salads just to name a few. I ended up getting the cheeseburger and they gladly added lettuce tomato pickle for me. It came with fries and I soda. They also told me about a rewards program where you can collect points for free food. You just download the app and scan your points and every time you visit and then add up to the amount two free food. Not too bad of a place!

An absolute terrible experience. I ordered my food and sat down like any other occasion. But after 30 minutes of waiting I got up and asked about my food. Turns out it had been sitting there getting cold and they forgot to bring it to me.
After they tried giving me the cold food they did offer to make me another which I accepted. I asked them to make it to go since I didn’t want to be there anymore. The woman brought it to me and tossed it on the table with a nonchalant apology. I just don’t understand how my food could sit there for so long without them picking it up. Very disappointed.

My first real experience dining in was pretty good. The cashier took my food and was super sweet. I had gotten the BLT sandwich with avocado and I have to say the fried zucchini instead of fries are super delicious. I love dipping anything and just about everything into sauces. And the fried zucchini was perfect! So crunchy and I love vegetables. Definitely will be back just for the fried zucchini.

Loveeeeeeee there food no matter what I want on the menu or not they make a way. I just left with a charbroiled chicken sandwich mmmmmm with honey oat fruit orange juice an fruit… Customer service is awesome…

We had one of the worst experiences, especially with the manager Noami, our food took over 45min, she didn’t apologize or try to help. She went to the back & never came out even after I asked to talk to her. Stephanie stepped it up and tried helping. We did have a large group but we all order individually, but the worst part was that there was another group after us and they got served before we did. This place needs a new manager that has people skills or at least customer service. Needs training on dealing with a busy restaurant and responding to complains. On the orders we did get, food was good.

Service was extra slow here and I was extremely hungry. Maybe they were understaffed since it was new years. Food was alright, I had a veggie burger. I’d get something else next time. They give you these free cinnamon pillows dessert things which was cool. I would recommend the fries over the fried zuchinni.

Good quick food, if you’re not looking for a burger or some other fast food that may end up leaving your stomach feeling uneasy, this is the place to go. The grilled cheese and all the other options are good substitutes to regular fast food.

I actually really like this place. I don’t think the service is too bad and the burgers are actually really good. I’ve also had some of the breakfast items and they’re pretty good as well. You do have to wait a little bit but it’s kind of reassuring to know that they’re cooking it right then.

These guys have great burgers! I had the bacon guac and it was fantastic. They are on the pricey side but it’s worth it. Large portions and great food. We also ordered four zucchini fries and they are massive! Those are great. The drive through took a little long and the fries weren’t fresh. But overall it was great!

Ring the Bell!
Farmer Boys is to Escondido as Bakers is to the Inland Empire. It’s good food, and at times it’s very good. I haven’t had a bad meal here over the past six years.
The Salads at Farmer Boys are some of the best «Fast Food» salads you can find. We ordered a Southwest Salad and it was a huge portions of good ingredients and solid taste. You get your money’s worth for sure.
This place is pretty busy which is always a good thing! When we came in all walks of life were represented. A group of EMTs, working folk, families, and a few dodgy characters were all enjoying their late lunch.
— The Chicken Club is my all time favorite here.
— If you enjoy your service you are encouraged to «ring the bell» as a salute!
— This location is in a shady shopping center. As such, there are a few shady people outside, and in the bathroom.
— We chose this location because of the Unilocal deal, it saved us over 6 bucks!

I was in this place this morning and been here few times before and like always the service is great this is a fast food place but at the same time it make you feel that this is a sitting restaurant because the service, prices are fair and i really recommend to look for coupons they have good deals.

DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! Ate a patty melt yesterday afternoon along with fried zucchini dipped in ranch dressing and some fresh fruit and shortly afterwards had intense intestinal cramps and massive diarrhea. Had to stay in bed the rest of the day to recover. My 11 year old son also was sickened, but not as bad as me. I’ve eaten at other Farmer Boys locations and never had this happen before. County health department ought to shut down this place.

Every Friday my husband and I look forward to a fast food treat. We drove by this location and the menu looked good. We got 3 burgers. The barn burner. The bacon boy and the natural.
My barn burner was so over cooked it was barely edible. My husbands was oversalted and my moms natural had semi rancid guacamole on it. Do yourself a favor and try the one across town. They have better reviews or go somewhere else entirely.

I was contacted by corporate office to give this place another try and i have not returned but i do have to give them 4 stars for awesome customer service from corporate. I was offered a free meal by the manager Omar and an apology. That is enough for me to consider going back here and when i do i will be a paying customer. Thanks for the offer and for contacting me.

Farmers boys has awesome Cobb salads and turkey burgers! They taste so fresh and delicious! I like that they also have a drive thru! That’s always nice for convenience! My mother and I like having lunch here ever other month, its a nice little spot!

I originally thought this was more of a sit down place like Frickers when I first saw it. after walking in, I realized it was more of the fast food style set up. I decided to give it a change anyways and I am glad I did!
The inside was clean and in order. As soon as some one left the staff were quick to clean the table. The inside is also very open with windows on 3 of the 4 walls letting in a lot of natural light!
For food, I ordered the «Farmer’s Burger». I was supposed that it was brought to my table so quickly considering how busy they were. The burger was cooked perfectly and you can tell they use great vegetables to top it.
Some other people complained about the poor state of the bathrooms, however, the men’s side was perfectly in order on my visit save a few paper towels on the floor.

I wanted them to be amazing, because I have had some good experiences here. But they can be very inconsistent.
We ordered a fish dinner several weeks ago for $ 10, and it was plenty of food for 2 of us. We even had some left over. This last time, however, was a disappointment. The fish was much smaller, & tasted stale, like the oil was old. The portions were kinda skimpy overall.
They have a promotion after 3pm that has a bunch of choices for $ 1.50. I ordered the 2pc French Toast, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was 2 full pieces!
Make sure you lookout for coupons, they have them fairly regularly. The one for the salad makes it cheaper, and gives you a free drink too.

Ohhh Farmer’s Boys (or brothers which my wife calls it). You fill me so with delicious fried food. You hide your saturated fat by wrapping it around a healthy log of zucchini. You give me coupons to make me come back. I keep crawling to you when I crave fried desire. I will never love this place, but I will always come back. There is no other zucchini log like it.
Food is average. Décor is average. Service is above average. Prices are more than fast food but less than Red Robin.
