So many wrongs. The bathroom was being cleaned so that is worth a star, and appreciated. But… the AC was at negative 12 in the dining area and non existent in the den of heat where the kids are playing. The service was nice, too bad they messed up the order and forgot the kids milks. One of the McDonalds that will never go out of business due to their location but I would rather stick to the ones in San Marcos if your’e a local.

Cashier was perfect a shorter Mexican girl but tables were dirty as hell while it was dead so someone could have been cleaning the shit
But as far as customer service goes cashier was the only one caring about the customer and she was fantastic !

Pulling up into the parking lot you can already tell it’s going to be atleast 15 – 20 wait in line they have two speaker boxes but can only take one order at a time when you do get your food you have to check it insure the food is correct they will mix old fries with new ones so don’t be alarmed please don’t be afraid to ask for new fries the only reason I come here is that my house is super close but I have started getting on the highway to go to the McDonald’s on valley parkway

The drive thru is so slow at this McDonald’s. Also this location is a hangout spot for homeless people and junkies. The food is gross and the only reason I even bother coming here, it’s because my daughter loves Happy Meals. The food is also overpriced for what you get and I don’t think McDonald’s uses real meat. Seriously just go to Jack n the Box or Carl’s Jr, you’ll get a better meal at those places.

Moved to town in February and this is now my neighborhood McDonald’s. I generally stop in the morning for coffee when the drive-​thru line and wait are generally long. They have two order stations for the drive-​thru and not once have I seen both in operation. Is the second one there for show? Seriously, what’s the point of having two when you never use them?

Came here and ordered a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle– sub for the real egg, no chesse. I get home, and get the egg and bacon, but no sausage. Wtf. So annoyed.

Standard fast food restaurant. Unilocal says they are closed Sundays, but they are not. The coffee is always good here. Can’t go wrong with their breakfast.

DO NOT go to this McDonald’s. I understand that some of the staff may hate their job but the attitudes are unbelievable. I went through the drive thru this morning and when I got to the second window, the manager basically threw my order into my car. Strike one. My order came with a drink so I sat there waiting for it. She comes back and asks «What else do you need?» I told her my order included a drink and she rudely replies «well what drink did you get?» Um, shouldn’t she know that? I responded orange juice and she asks with an even bigger attitude «So was that small, medium, LARGE?!» Strike two with the attitude. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check my order. Big mistake. My order was sooooo incomplete. Waste of money.

So apparently they know they need to hire people as they are understaffed. The guy waiting in line ahead of me was starting today. They needed to find him a shirt and hat but they still couldn’t take orders. I only wanted a soda and to lounge for a bit during my lunch break, hopefully watching some tv. The TV I was told has been down for a month… Which was probably the last time they’ve wiped down this table… Look at the pick and watch my video. I now understand why this location is never too busy and there’s tons of parking outside.

I usually go here a lot, but not anymore. There is a manager there named Liz who has a horrible attitude and her treatment towards custumers is outlandish, she also works at the speed of molasses with no sense of urgency when there is a 30 min wait. Visually you can tell she doesn’t care about her job or customers. This is a Manager here! A horrible experience. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this post.

This location is not open until 4:00 AM. They often close before 11 PM.
They always make you wait around front if you order more than 1 – 2 items. Don’t even think about ordering hash browns. You’ll see time travel become a reality before you’ll get hash browns.
If there’s one thing good to say, its that the food IS consistent. But that’s probably the case with every McDonald’s.

Horrible service !!! I ordered a chicken wrap just to know it will take 3 minutes more. I had to park on the other side and those. 3 minutes became 10mins. I asked for my refund and receive only excuses from all of them, specially the manager. I pay with card and they give me cash , never again!!!

This place is filthy. The bathroom next to the kids playground was covered with used toilet paper and poop. I asked them to clean it and they didn’t do anything for at least 20 minutes.

I was served some of the cleanest McDoubles I’ve ever had. Also the staff seems to discipline and review their workers pretty profusely.
If you want perfect food, go pay $ 40 at a red lobster.

This McDonalds is by far the worst!!! They have like 10 people in the back and they still take for ever to get your order. All I want is coffee. Why does it take 15 min for coffee? I swear if it wasn’t because of my coffee addiction I wouldn’t even look at it while driving in town.
Worst of all, 8 out of 10 times they try to give me their left over cold old coffee!!! Not only do I reject it but then I have to wait even longer for them to brew more! Really? Why aren’t you prepared? You’d think one of the 10 people back there just looking around could at least do that.

The WORST drive-​thru!!! Two lanes and only one person taking orders and the person taking your money is painfully slow. Spent 20 minutes in drive thru. Avoid at all costs unless you have an hour to waste.
