WORST ADVISE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I took my mother for an eye exam because she was getting headaches and her vision was beginning to blur. The doctor took her to the back. When my mom was done, she wanted to leave. When we got in the car, she said the doctor said that her vision was fine and «it’s kind of like when it’s raining a lot and you need your windshield wipers on. You just need to blink more.»
After this, I took her to Lens Crafters. They saw the problem, gave her a prescription the fixed the blurred vision and headaches.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS OPTOMETRIST.

Updating: Received my daughter’s glasses that they said, «she need glasses at all time» It’s BS because when I put it on my daughter, she told me it was too blurry so I never bother to let her wear it. Never bother to return because when we went to pick the glasses up, they didn’t say anything. Just took her glasses out and hand it to us.
The reason why I took her to see an Optician because my doctor recommended that she need glasses.
She does squint a little when she is watching TV, but other than that she can see tiny objects.
I’m guessing my daughter doesn’t need glasses at all? We stop by our new doctor and she told me that my daughter’s eyesight are fine so I guess the other doctor suck. Smh.
