We were catapulted into a home renovation in order to sell a rental home earlier than expected. We knew we wanted the roof cleaned as it hadn’t been cleaned in 30 yrs. Hector is a class act! Extremely PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, RESPONSIVE, SMART and I must add extremely PATIENT! Before selling the house we hired an inspector who found that the roof was not water tight, and we had to delay our roof cleaning until repairs to the roof were made. Unfortunately, our roofer ended up having a substance problem that caused delay after delay. Hector was so understanding! After the roof was cleaned the difference was amazing — an inexpensive upgrade resulting in substantial curb appeal. Hector uses a low-​pressure chemical cleaning versus high pressure water. Low-​pressure maintains the integrity of the tiles so they last longer. One last thing, during this renovation as a female I encountered a lot of males in the building industry that looked at me like I was from outer-​space when I inquired or questioned aspects of their work. You will not get that with Hector!

Hector Palacios has a great thing going– he is professional, punctual, with great work ethic and follow through. Couldn’t be happier with his work cleaning our tile roof, and his clean up is impeccible. Would highly recommend him and hire him again.

I contracted with Hector Palacios to powerwash our home with special attention to the roof and stucco which had been subject to debris and soot from the recent Poinsettia fire. I cannot more highly recommend his services not only because of the quality of the work but because Hector is the kind of person I like doing business with.
He was professional and respectful, technically knowledgeable, provided high attention to detail, was prompt and efficient, AND very price competitive.
An important consideration to tile roof cleaning is not having more tile damage from people on your roof. Hector was very careful about weight distribution and where he places his feet while washing the roof. He uses a high compression circular spray rather than just a fan spray which kept my neighbors’ houses clean.
Hector was on the job over 8 hours and once done, he went back up on the main roof (2 stories) to caulk previously cracked tiles where the builder’s caulking had come loose. His attention to detail also included a mesh trap at the storm sewer over 100 yards down hill to prevent debris and roof sludge from going into the storm drain.
Our house was ready for painting in one day and I had the confidence that Pacific Coast Sealants had done an outstanding job. Thanks Hector and you can be sure we’ll be recommending you to friends and others in our neighborhood!

A+ Service! Professional, polite, and punctual. Did excellent work at very competitive pricing. Spent a full 8 hours cleaning my 2 story Spanish tile roof. Roof now looks as good as new!
Cleanup was very thorough. hector even cleaned my neighbor’s walkway on the side of his house to remove a small amount of over-​spray. Now my house and my neighbor’s look much better then before this service.
I have no regrets and can’t recommend any areas that they could have improved. I will definitely be calling them back next time my roof needs cleaning.
