First I called Radio Shack to see if they had what I was looking for! Kelsey answered the phone and was extremely helpful! She gave me item numbers so I could make sure it was exactly what I needed. She recommended that I come into the store and she would help me!
When I went in she was so friendly and pointed me to the chargers I was looking for! She already had the one set aside for me and it worked right away!
I went to Frys in San Marcos right before and had a terrible experience. It took forever, that place is huge, and no one even smiled either! Kelsey provided amazing customer service and was all over that store! It’s going through a remodel but she still knew where everything was and was even helping other customers with her great service. Thank you Kelsey for not just getting me what I needed but for doing it with a smile! You were working so hard and I appreciated it. I’ll be going to Radio Shack FIRST, before I even think about going to Frys again!

I have been here several times before to pick up random electronic items. I like going here sometimes instead of their competition because it is not so large and hectic. The selection is not as large but they tend to carry what I am looking for. Prices are reasonable. Service depends on who is working. I have had ok to great service here.

I was very unhappy with another location so I stopped here to see the regional manager to discuss the issue. «Tee» the manager was extremely helpful she did eveyrthing she could to make sure I was happy & that she made a great impression with me since the other store did not. I would drive all the back to Escondido for this sort of customer service anything. Thank you for all your help!
