My mother had a pipe burst in her house. Her insurance had rainbow to the cleaning up with drying machines, they also did the wall repairs and paint. She was very happy with them. they also had a lic. Plumber come to correctly fix all her plumbing issues that could cause a leak in the future.

I was assigned Rainbow by my insurance company in September after a rental condo flooded. Met with Oscar Hernandez who runs the local branch. Oscar and his crew did a good job. They did get some glue on the tenant’s bedspread, when the tenant complained, they offered to clean it. At the time, the tenant told Rainbow to forget about it. Three months after the work was completed, the tenant asked if they were going to get their bed spread cleaned. I called Oscar and remarkably he remembered the incident and was more than kind enough to clean it even though the tenant had refused the offer at the time of the incident. In my book, that’s great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
