Rude rude rude. Employees are bothered when you ask them for a shoe, not friendly at all.

This place is terrible! Do not buy your shoes here, their return policy is ridiculous. I bought the shoes within 7 days and they didn’t allow me to return them even though they were brand new in the box. The girl insisted that I need to get store credit. I hate this place.

Although a cute $ 10 shoe is always a good thing, I would rather spend double that for the exact same shoe at any other store. The girls are so completely rude. They stand behind the register with scowls on their face and roll their eyes when you ask them for a size.
At the mall where there is so much competition for a store like reflection, it is unfortunate that the employees make it a very unpleasant experience. I will NEVER be returning.

If I could give this a zero star I would. Worst store ever. I mean who can complain for cheap shoes that’s are an okay quality. I bought shoes last weekend and I got home and they already looked used! I didn’t pay much attention in the store because I had already tried on so many… I called the following morning and explained the whole story… I was assured if I came in within 7 days it would all be taken care of. I took the 45 minute drive up north since the store at fashion valley was closed down and first off– the girl at the front… Mexican and I think a lip ring? I think her name is Stephanie… Was RUDE, said shed «call» her manager… And I honestly thought she was making stuff up on the spot. She told me she couldn’t accept the return because the shoes look used … And I said that’s exactly why I was returning them… ANYWAYS … My advice– make sure your shoes are new and the condition BEFORE you purchase them. Very upset that I basically bought $ 50 used shoes… And the manager didn’t even want to help me. All they really want is your money. Based off my experience here– I would not recommend to a friend.

2 stars only because i like the shoes and their prices. The customer service is horrible. The girls stand at the back of the store with their arms crossed and wait until you ask for a size. Then they go check sometimes without even saying a word to you. They arent necessarily rude, but they are not friendly and welcoming either. They should be greeting customers as they come in and asking if they can get you a size before you ask them. They appear untrained and completely bored which is a total turn off.

I love this store who doesn’t like $ 5 shoes lol. Come here early to get the best shoes available at great discounts. Like I said before always look at the sticker on the bottom for clerance shoe to see if they have your size. The customer sevice is great nice ladies. it can get crowded in the shop so come early.
