I would highly recommend Showcase Carpet Cleaning. They took the time needed to clean up after teenage boys. The cleaner cleaner called when he was running a few minutes late to keep me in the loop. After seeing how hard they worked to get our carpets clean, it’s easy to understand how they could fall a few minutes behind. I will definately use them again and refer them to my friends and clients!

Just remember, you get what you pay for. They quoted a lower price than most other carpet cleaners, BUT…When I called to reverify our 12:00 appointment they changed it to 4:00. To make matters worse, they called less than an hour before the appointment to tell me they were going to be 30 minutes later! (on a Friday, no less!)
The suprises never ceased! After verifying our address on 2 different calls, the cleaner called — and guess what — he had the wrong address!
Not a very professional way to treat new business.
