I don’t leave many reviews on Unilocal but I had to take the time to leave one for Ron and his team. I could not have been happier with Ron’s work on our kitchen remodel. On our first meeting Ron was very professional, he had lots of great ideas and was on time. We went back and forth about the design many times and he never got impatient with us and always was very responsive when we emailed him. In most cases we heard back from him by the end of the day, even if that meant he was getting us designs at 11pm! He is an incredibly hard worker and really delivers on his product. In addition, his prices are excellent. He does custom cabinets but also prefab cabinets. We went with the prefab cabinets to save on cost. We shopped around and had looked at Home Depot for the same project. Their quote was 3X Ron’s quote and they were a month out from install. Ron’s price was amazing and once we decided on a design the cabinets were delivered within 5 days and they were installed in 2 days. I would absolutely use him again for further remodels which we plan to do for the bathrooms someday. Don’t hesitate to give him a call!

M.I.A. I contacted Ron based upon a referral from a local retail cabinet company for a pantry add-on. The experience was awesome at first. He came out, and gave me a quote that was broken down into smaller projects so I wouldn’t have to pay all at once, and I was excited to proceed. Next, I sent an e-mail to him asking if he could maybe sharpen his pencil if I were to pay for the entire job all at once. He said he would check with his stain contractor and I basically never heard from him again. At first I though something tragic had happened, then I thought«did I do something wrong?» But after a month of no response, I finally called the cabinet shop that referred him, and they got in touch with him, no problem. So basically, he was avoiding my calls because??? Who knows? He never got back to me, so I have no idea. Maybe he under quoted and decided the best way out was to just never speak to me again? He did tell the owner of the cabinet shop that«I didn’t like his pricing.» What? Because I politely asked if he could sharpen his pencil if he did the whole job at once? Just say no, if you don’t want to or can’t lower your price. You don’t blow off the customer. No one deserves that kind of treatment. He is not even returning the calls of the cabinet shop owner anymore.
