Do not try to go here if you need to use insurance. I paid $ 595 up front for what I thought was 12 weeks of «PT». They told me at the time they were not able to bill my insurance but that they would be able to in future. Today I learned the billing Doctor was in my network since 1999 and could have handled the insurance. So I had to bill my insurance several times since March 2015 with screwed up and delayed paperwork from Spinezone. In the end, I was out of pocket 100% and my neck and back were not improved. Go to real physical therapists and get pre-​approval if you want to be covered.
