Sunbelt Rentals

I needed some high powered commercial fans for an event and they had them on short notice and gave me an extremely good deal and price matched the cheapest competitor I could find. They were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

I just called to see about reserving the same trailer I did that spurred the last review. I recently learned that they charged a $ 250 fee just to open the doors on the weekend. So, assuming the pricing for the rental would work the same as last time, it would cost me $ 250 to have them open the doors on the weekend, plus another $ 200 to rent the trailer for 1 or 2 days. Figure I get $ 50 back of the final amount, I am still almost $ 500 into a dump trailer rental for 2 days… While I am not an accountant, I can’t justify this cost, and it now makes more sense to buy a dump trailer, as opposed to renting it.
Piss, Poor, Pricing!

I had an excellent experience with Scott and the team at Sunbelt. Two days before an event we decided we needed a generator to assure enough power for our vendors and I called to inquire about renting one.
Scott answered and was honest that he felt I needed to talk to someone more familiar with amps/​wattage to determine my need and had an associate call me from their Southern location to chat it over. Once we determined my needs, Scott called me right back and took care of reserving me my unit.
I went in the day of the event to pick it up and interacted with the staff onsite and meet Scott in person-​what a great group of local peeps! We tried the ship in a bottle method to try and put the 6500 generator in my prius, haha, taking some pieces off to attempt to make it work. We were shy by a few inches so Scott graciously offered to drive the couple blocks and drop the unit off for me! So nice!
The equipment worked perfectly and was full of gas and easy to use, and the next day, Scott was awesome and took care of picking the unit back up for me.
I’ll rent whatever equipment I need from them anytime I’m inland from now on!
