Taco Bell

Who writes a review for Taco Bell, thereby admitting they eat there? I guess I do. Anyway, this Taco Bell has the friendliest service of any fast food restaurant ever. I asked for a water cup to go with my possibly carcinogenic but delicious burritos and the person working the drive asked me if I wanted soda instead (I hope this doesn’t get them in trouble). I’ll gladly go back. Again. And probably again and again. Mmmmm, Taco Bell.
PS Bring back that lava sauce stuff.

The staff here are on the money. Very customer oriented, happy, smiling, and this inviting personality makes for a great dining experience you can’t find in most places.
My 10yr old daughter wanted a big box but when ordering asked for the crunchy burito (mistake) when all she got was the burito we went up to the counter and told them what happened. The staff quickly gave my daughter a whole new box for free even though we wanted to pay for it.

When I am feeling down after long day of work I got to this Taco Bell the staff is friendly and always smiling. I don’t go to any other taco bell. I love the new crunch wrap sliders no more uneven and thrown together Tex Mex these people care about my dining Experience.

Who bothers to write a review about Taco Bell? Well, when the customer service is as good as it was tonight, I definitely do! William was both the cashier and «busser,» in which he was extremely kind and courteous and had a smile on his face the whole time. He treated his job as if he were working at a high end restaurant and took great pride in his work. Thank you William for being you!

Taco bell is taco bell. but the staff here is always very friendly. I asked for A LOT of fire sauce and the guys said are you sure? I give a lot of sauce! And he gave me a whole box!

They are slow, on top of that they get the order wrong. They also had a breakfast burrito prices wrong and I happened to order it. They charged me more than what was posted. They said it was wrong so I have to pay the price it is suppose to be. Not good customer at all. They don’t have most of there breakfast items ready when they open.

Great food and OUTSTANDING service. The drive thru cashier is always so friendly and makes my day happier. Order was correct and well made. There is a Taco Bell closer to my house, but the service and quality is worth the extra couple miles. Will definitely be back!

So painfully slow. Not only did it take forever to get my ‘fast food’, but the customer in front of me asked about every ingredient in every possible item then deliberated for two minutes per order… Which is not the poor employees fault, but maybe a training on how to hurry and assist slow orders is necessary. No one eats fast food because it is so delicious or valuable… It’s supposed to be convenient and… FAST.

They forgot to put my other order in the bag and I had to drive back. I wanted to order something else and got it for free! Good save #nothingbetterthanfreefood

When you wait forever in the drive through for them to forget half your order and then make you pay the difference when it was their mistake and then to have attitude about it. Suck it up you messed up. Make it up to me? Then people won’t leave mad and never want to go to your location again!

Service was slow, but their tacos had a nicer presentation. They were filled to the top loaded with more sour cream and veggies than normal.
Inside the restaurant was pretty clean and they had a larger fountain drink selection.

Long story short from tonight’s visit… Hubby and dad went to get food for the family tonight. The guy takin the order didn’t know what a «GREEN BURRITO» was after telling him repeatedly. Forgot my supreme burrito in the bag making hubby do another round trip to complain and pick it up. Mom orders the taco salad and they forgot to put on tomatoes, cheese, and very little meat. Also the taco shell looks much smaller like Taco Bell is scamming people from little food with higher prices.
This isn’t the only time that this place has fcked up. Our word to the manager… make sure your people speak English, know what your menu items are, don’t fck up people’s order, etc. In other words… GET YO SHT STRAIGHT AND IDIOTIC EMPLOYEES TRAINED! You just lost an entire families worth of customers now for your royal fck up! Peace out fckers!!!

The business us still good but the quesarito just doesn’t hold up… I have tried it 3 times and taco bell needs to take it back to the recipe kitchen… It definetly never looks like the picture and they shouldn’t use cheese sauce for the quesadilla. Cheddar please! It looks beautiful on the outside but just doesn’t taste good. Back to the drawing board

Doesn’t give military discount. Drinks are a cup of ice with barely any soda. Bathroom was disgusting

Been to this Taco Bell a couple of times at late night. Although the service is slow, I do take into consideration that only one employee is actually working at this time, and there is a long line at the Drive Thru. The lone employee was working her tail off and obviously looked overworked, although she did try her very best to present customer service.

Food was regular, but the customer service I received made me sleepy if that makes sense. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there.

This location sports an upgraded look and quite refreshing in the ‘hood. It’s amazing that they can have your order pretty much ready by the time your done paying for your food. Just love the Mango Strawberry Freeze drink. It’s AWESOME! They put real strawberries, and it’s just smacking fresh for a warm afternoon!

Honestly, Im not much of a taco bell fan. Actually, I hate that place. Today I had to go and get food for all the girls on my dance team. First of all their employees (EVERY LAST ONE!) were super nice. I didn’t bother with the drive thru since I had a large order and just went inside. I was amazed how clean that place was, both the restaurant part as well as the kitchen. My food was ready pretty quickly and they offered to help me carry everything to my car. Sadly, when I got back to where I needed to be, someone realized that the bags were missing two items– which was my fault since I didn’t know what the heck I ordered in the first place and because of that didn’t check the bags– I learned what the baja blast was once I got to the soda machine (hello newbie). Anyway, I went back, with the receipt only and right away they knew who I was and without any weird looks or hesitation they gave me my two missing items. Also, when I deceided to order something else, they gave it to me for free for my inconvienence— how sweet is that? Did I mention how nice all the employees were?! They were SOOO nice. Absolutely not what you expect from a fast food place– yes, I hate taco bell but I WILL go back to this place! Their employees make the difference– you all rock!
