We would see the Balloon Chef at On The Boarder on Friday nights and my kids loved the balloons he would make them. We decided to hire him last year for our son’s third birthday party. The children loved all the cool things he could make out of balloons from trains to princesses to flower baskets. The children talked about the Balloon Chef for a long time after the party. He was such a HIT with the kids we have already booked him for our son’s 4th birthday party that is coming up soon.
