The Carpet Guy – Tim Hall

This guy Tim Hall is the best, we have used him for 4 years now. We had a dog spot, and he guaranteed it’s removal, even if he had to come back, which he did. I had to call him back three times, now, I know for a fact that sometimes the stain is deep in the carpet and even worse, down in the padding and takes several shots to come out. I felt guilty calling him back that many times, but he told me «Don’t worry about it, I don’t mind», although I did tip him for his trouble. He finally got it out of the berber (no more berber for us!). Tim is honest, and exhibits genuine concern and has true character, I wish he offered other services, I trust him in my home completely.

Great job, I did not think the carpet on the stairs would ever look new again, but they did. I highly recommened Tim. Thanks for the great work.
