The Terraces at Escondido Apartment Homes

I will start with the good.
The apartments are super affordable IF you qualify to live here, if you make over a certain amount you can’t live here.
It’s a nice area no cholos or crazy neighbors for the most part. They try to keep all the landscape and pool clean.
The bad
The parking is getting worse every year. You got people that live at the top level parking all the way at the first level. You only get one parking spot and limited on the visitors.
The rooms are small. But hey it’s affordable .
Me and my neighbors are not fans of the new manager. She seems nice when she needs to be or when you first meet her but she seems to have a large ego. She really needs to be a little more humble when speaking or interacting with the residents. I am not only speaking from my experience but also from my neighbors.
Fix the parking fix the manager and this place is nice. Oh and the computer lab thing needs to go, nobody uses those old dusty computers, put a pool table in their instead.

Pretty cool apartment homes. They have a little basketball half court, a playground and a swimming pool/​jacuzzi. Unfortunately the pool is closed until further notice due to vandalism. Hopefully it will reopen soon because dude, it’s summer!
