The Training Source CPR and First Aid

I took both CPR & First Aid and it was wonderful. Catherine is very knowledgeable and covered many topics. Her class kept me interested because we did so much more than just watch videos. I feel that I learned the most with her class and this was about my 6^th class that I have taken throughout my career.
I will definitely use her again, thank you!

The last time I took First Aid/​CPR was yeeears ago for a HS graduation requirement, and all we did was watch videos back to back and fill out a stupid worksheet as we went along.
Catherine definitely brings her character to her classes, while being professional and covering all the topics. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in her classroom and being immersed in her engaging personality. Yes, naturally, there were still videos to watch, but we didn’t JUST watch every video — just the ones she felt were necessary demonstrations of certain scenarios. The rest were open conversations or hands-​on practice.
Since 99% of the people were there for childcare and to renew their certifications, there was a tendency to share tangential topics/​stories — but I guess that’s only natural. (I was the 1% there.) Better to have participating students than zombie students, right? lol But also, since most people were there to renew, I really appreciated how Catherine would point out things that were new or different.
Classes are offered in Escondido and Kearny Mesa. It’s super easy to register for classes and to get a hold of Catherine through her website/​phone number. All the info is accessible and kept up to date.
Highly repped. I’d definitely take her class again in 2 years!
