Used to be my favorite burger joint but now that it’s gone corporate too much has changed and the service here is awful. Blake’s needs to teach some of their workers social skills. This was at the Espanola store. I won’t go back ever again!

I have tried to call in a breakfast order before breakfast ends at 11 for the past two days and all I get is a busy signal and when they finally do answer they don’t seem to really care that I’ve been trying to call.

Next time, I’d get it with just green chile though. The red chile is hot, and I’m talking New Mexico hot. They don’t mess around in Espanola!

My husband and I walked in and looked at the menu to quickly decide what to order. We waited a long time… and watched in amazement as the counter staff took phone calls, talked to friends and other diners, and performed random tasks — never once acknowledging our presence at all. Not a hi, a nod, or even a short glance. After being ignored to the point that it almost seemed pointed — we walked out the door. Very strange experience! I guess I’ll never try Lot A Burger.

Good burgers, good value. I had the ITSA burger and it was pretty good. The chili fries were also good.
