I was in my very first accident with a brand new car! I took it to Cliff’s expecting the very best for my «baby». Instead, I found awful damage to my car after their repairs. I asked an insider that I knew working there. The company assigned inexperienced workers to my car. The door handle was ripped off with a bolt still attached. Makes sense why it is wiggly. A jack was placed on my carbon fiber and left a gash. The employees tried taping it up with painters tape. There’s still a rattle in the dash that the manager«never heard» during test drive. My paint is two-toned. The awful part, I won’t take it back bc I don’t trust them to fix their mistakes & I think they will damage my car worse. Also, they had my car for months by the way. To top it off, I posted this review on Facebook & instead of good customer service, Cliff’s insulted me & told me I’m trying to scam them & that they«wouldn’t be surprised if I was on a blackball list» that goes around to all auto shops. Needless to say, if you want customer service that matches their disgraceful car care, you’re looking at the right place.
