When you step inside this place. The first thing you will noticed is how DATED this place is. It looks like a store from the 70’s. Still even has the ultra old phone system on the counter even. Lol. The dining area is only one table. So this place truly is a carry out really. You can eat in but there’s only one table. And the lack of décor kinda kills the Chinese food buzz. So I would advise against dining in. The food tasted good. The chicken was hot. But the rice was kinda cold. But overall. Good portion sizes for the price. Just wished the rice was at least warm. Also the sodas here are expensive. $ 2.50 for a 20oz soda.

Really enjoy getting food from this very nice, small family Chinese carryout. I must admit at times my chicken fried rice had some fatty chicken or my order took a tad longer then expected but I really enjoy lucky dragon. It’s been in the same spot for many, many years and has outlasted a lot of Chinese food places in the area. It’s not fancy, has no curb appeal and looks like a 1970’s wait room for their front counter. But if you decide to grab some carryout, you’ll enjoy some good Chinese food from some very friendly people.

Ordered chicken and broccoli and it was HORRIBLE!!! The sauce was disgusting. First time ever I couldn’t finish and had to throw in the trash. Very, very disappointed and will NEVER eat here again.

Mixed bag here. I got the Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special w/rice, which was cheap and very good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, not over or undercooked. And the sauce had a great flavor. But the hot sour soup was maybe the worst I’ve ever had. It had all the right ingredients in there, which you can’t always say about some hot sour soup. But it was far too sweet. Also, it took exactly 20 mins to prepare the food, which seemed like a lot for such a relatively simple carry out order. Carry out or delivery only, by the way.

Lucky Dragon is carry out only. The soup prices are inexpensive, $ 1.75-$ 1.99 a pint. The dinner combination specials are served with roast pork fried rice, a shrimp egg roll & a main dish. Portions are large and prices are reasonable.
