I had a flat tire and Caleb came to my rescue. He was polite and supportive. He made sure I was safe and followed me to the gas station to make sure my spare had the right tire pressure.

I needed a replacement part (sun visor) for an old car and was having a hard time finding it especially since the parts are not the same for different years of the same car model. Clackamas Towing had the part, held it for me until I could get there to pick it up, and they were very nice to deal with.
