My husband and I had such a great experience purchasing our wedding bands at Diamond District. They have such a beautiful selection of rings; we love our Tacori bands! Everyone is friendly, but you stop in ask for Song!

I came in one day in October after work to buy a diamond ring for myself (I recently got engaged, and while my fiancé and I are somewhat non-​traditional, I wanted to celebrate this and many other wonderful things that have recently transpired in my life). I’d done a lot of research and talked to a lot of people about where to go, and all signs pointed here.
Upon arriving, I was greeted by Warren, who began by finding out what I was looking for and helping me to narrow down my choices. He was highly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about and experienced with fine jewelry, but also completely unassuming; some jewelers seem to be quite stuffy, but I didn’t get this impression at all from either him or the store as a whole.
He really got to know me, and in the course of conversation, it came up that none of the employees work on commission, so I knew his interest in helping me was genuine. He guided me to a ForeverMark diamond, which I learned were often significantly less expensive than traditional diamonds, AND of much higher quality (less than 1% of the world’s diamonds have enough quality to qualify, and the store is the only in SWFL to carry them). They’re also sourced ethically and from a branch of DeBeers that promotes the advancement of women, both of which are very important factors to me.
Warren had a printout, from which he found three stones that fit what I wanted. I ended up choosing a 1.52-carat radiant-​cut diamond (for the same price of another brand, it would’ve been almost 40% more for lesser quality, plus raising ethical questions about its sourcing). They have literally hundreds of bands to choose from from a wide variety of brands; I also found exactly what I had in mind in this regard.
The initial fitting was a tiny bit too big, but they have a goldsmith in-​house who was able to adjust it for the next day.
Financing was a breeze; 0% interest for two years. Although I have excellent credit, I got the impression they’ll work to get you the best deal possible.
I also learned that they’ll clean your ring for free at any time, and upon registering on the ForeverMark website, I got a free cleansing kit in the mail. (Diamonds can also be cleaned with isopropbyl alcohol.)

We worked with Song to find my perfect wedding band. This was the 5^th store My fiancé and I went to trying to find a contoured band that would fit snug against my engagement ring — which is an unusual shape. We even went back to the store where he had purchased my engagement ring and they offered us 1 option that did not fit against my ring and basically gave us the take it or leave it option. We started searching around without much luck… UNTIL, I found Diamond District! I found a ring on their website that looked like the right shape. I called and was connected with Song over the phone, she knew the exact ring I was referencing just based on the style number and suggested a couple different options. I made an appointment with her for later that week (and I’m pretty sure she came in on her day off just to meet us!). She showed us dozens of options and gave us an AMAZING price. We purchased the ring that day and then came back in the following weekend and the jeweler customized the band on site in about 2 hours to fit perfectly against my engagement ring!!! It is a contoured, white gold, pave set diamond band — so I know this was not an easy task. They custom fitted it and sized it all for no charge.
The service we received here was AMAZING! We were both stunned at the comparison between a company, with whom we had already been doing business, basically dismissing us and the Diamond District treating us like family.

Robert did a great job. He took the time to re-​educate us what was important. He worked within our budget and even tried to talk us down when we saw something larger and sparklier, to which he lost the battle :). We were recommended by a friend to go to the diamond district and they did not disappoint!

Three years ago, while I was living in SWFL, and my now husband was living in California, he purchased my engagement ring!
My husband worked with Song who assisted him through the purchase process, and carefully had my ring delivered in safe hands for his proposal!
After proposing, my hubby and I also visited their showroom and selected our wedding bands for our special day.

Could not be happier or more satisfied by our experience with the Diamond District. We came into the store several hours before our flight to Vegas to elope. The associate Song helped us from beginning to end with every need– we reset a stone and bought a diamond engagement setting and a men’s wedding band. They had the stone reset and perfect for us in less than an hour and we were on our way to Vegas. We even met Jason and Todd, who were so friendly and kind. Thank you so much.

Heard the commercials on tv and radio for the Diamond District featuring Jason and Todd. I recently said yes to a marriage proposal and we decided to go there to find a diamond ring. We had been to three other places and had just not been happy with anything we saw. When we got there we were greeted and shown some settings. We were then introduced to Shane who is a certified gemologist. He was patient and knowledgeable as we changed the entire setting and diamond we had originally selected. Our selected setting is so unique and the diamond was perfect. We also got a free dinner at Angelina’s for purchasing the ring. That made for another special evening.
This ring is one that I will look at every day and never be tired of it. It sparkles and has such beautiful color and the setting of smaller diamonds around the one carat make it a one of a kind. The smaller diamonds wrap around the setting in a little twist. They will clean the ring for us and check the setting and replace any of the smaller diamonds.
We also will return to buy the groom his ring and my wedding ring. We were shown several that we have put on our wish list.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to help us find the perfect ring. We were given a certificate and an appraisal for insurance. They always answered our questions and emails. We meet and got to talk a little with Jason and Todd who were there on the first evening we started our search. When we left we had a great little box for our ring… but it was empty cause the ring was on my finger… where it will stay. I knew as soon as Shane had the diamond put in the setting and put it on my finger it was the perfect one!

Sam and Jay were fantastic. My fiancé and I picked out our wedding rings there and time was not an issue, neither was money to them. Our satisfaction was the key goal that they had in mind. Her engagement ring was bought at Dunkin Diamonds, where I had previously bought all my jewelry from. However after numerous screw-​ups and issues in customer service (namely defective custom jewelry), we went to Diamond District and I am so glad we did. I was so happy with them, I went back later to buy her expensive diamond stud earrings for Christmas from them. I will always buy my jewelry from Diamond District and I will refer business whenever I can. Thanks guys.
