I’m new to the area and needed to find a new stylist. Made an appointment with Catherine and she was incredible! So friendly and easy to talk to! I had a cut and baylayge highlights put in. She knew exactly the color I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with how it ended up! Definitely recommend this salon and Catherine!

This place is very nice. Tessa was a sweetheart and did a nice job. It’s $ 28 for men, but that includes a scalp massage and a shampoo (and a second rinse after the cut). I would definitely go back

I have searched and searched for a place with even a clue on how to first of all cut hair and offer some sort of watered down customer service (it has gotten bad people) I tried a business that was Men’s haircuts only, I am a regular attender (every 5 weeks) and tip. After a year they struggled to remember that I have a son and not a daughter (he was born while I was a customer… therefore my one stylist was aware of this) and always asked me how I wanted my haircut? Really? After 12 months, you might have a clue.
Onto my second choice, where my wife was getting her hair done, a higher dollar establishment but I had no issues as long as I can get a haircut and service. The service was great, however the hours (of the shop and my stylist) eventually proved to be their undoing as I had to actually switch stylists multiple times and look elsewhere as not to wait 2 months +
My wife discovered Felix Andrew Salons and AMY! I am in love! (with the establishment, not my stylist LOL)
First of all, I am connoisseur of fine customer service and this place serves it up on a silver platter, I have NEVER made it through the front door without being greeted immediately and offered a beverage (as well as my stylist eagerly awaiting me).
The entire process from neck and scalp massage to the pre and post rinses and hot towel treatment and a stylist who remembers my name, my kids names, what I am doing, what my family is doing??? This is haircut heaven and with their hours, I am NEVER without an appointment, 7 days a week!
So great is this salon that my wife has followed me over and uses my same stylist! Quite happy I have found this and highly recommend this to anyone who is particular in quality and demands a high level of customer service.

I went to this salon on recommendation from someone working in the mall @Coconut Point. I am always a sceptic when it comes to new hairdressers. This is an Aveda salon, The woman at the desk greeted me in a professional manner. I inquired about someone to do a cut & highlights. She recommended Roberto and he was awesome! Took plenty of time to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. I have already scheduled a return appointment in 6 weeks.

Felix Andrews is the only place I would go to get my haircut. Many of my friends now go here also and everyone enjoys it. This is a 5 star place but your not getting ripped off with price. Wade is awesome and Becca is great as well.
