The staff at the Springs has to be the best thing this complex has to offer. The workmanship is shoddy and appears to be rushed. I am under the impression that weather played an integral part in the delay of construction and now they are rushing to complete the project. The complex itself is designed beautifully and is a much needed asset to the Community. I wish they would have taken better care in the construction of this project. The bathroom tubs have not been sealed properly and there is risk of moisture getting to the walls. Be sure to look carefully and document any repairs before renting. I think with some due diligence this property could be 5 star but from what we have experienced so far, it has a lot to overcome.
