This Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to, and I am a Starbucks addict. The employees here at this location give phenomenal customer service. I never feel like I am being ignored, and they never fail to make me smile. Jeffrey, Carl, and the tall model like brunette are EXCELLENT workers. I always hope they are there when I come in for a quick stop. Hopefully every Starbucks has quality workers like these! You won’t go wrong here.

This Starbucks is right next to my work so I frequent it often, but the service here is consistently terrible! The people are rude and the service is slow. Most of the time they don’t even call out the name or the drink they just leave it on the counter. Most of the employees including the managers think it’s social hour rather than a job. I’ve worked many customer service jobs and been a barista and I’ve never treated any customer as poorly as these employees do! They also constantly charge me the wrong price and don’t make my drink correctly even when it is just a black tea. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone, the one in Barnes and Noble is much better!

Great place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee! Dog-​friendly outdoor seating!!! Great location to walk to. Hard to park, as it’s a corner location next to other busy stores (Panera).

This is literally the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I haven’t even received this friendly of service at any local coffee shop I’ve been to. Seriously, thanks for making my day rock, baristas of coconut point Starbucks.

Afternoon coffee. Iced coffee. No big deal. Great location in Coconut Point with an outdoor lounge area to relax. I find it amazing especially with how progressive Starbucks can be that they haven’t got on the organics bandwagon. By volume they must sell an awful lot of milk in their coffee creations. Probably more than coffee. They need organic milk and coffee.

Update! I still really enjoy this location if Starbucks. It is based in the ever popular Coconut Point Mall, however, which means it also comes with the crowds. They do work hard in getting the lines moving. So if you come at high time, you may have to wait a bit.
That said, we enjoyed coffee this week and sat outside on the couch. Really such a enjoyable way to spend the morning.

Oh, Starbucks — the rules are so simple.
If you are going to make me pay through the nose for a cup of mid-​grade coffee, you are going to have to offer up some complimentary Wi Fi.
Is it really so hard? The Panera next door doesn’t seem to think so, and thankfully their signal reaches inside your doors, otherwise this may have become my very first one star review — something I’ve sworn never to do.
Please, for the love of internet, get with the program.

It’s exactly like every other corporate Starbucks out there — service is quick and friendly, the coffee is medocre (sorry to say, but IMO starbucks burns their beans, rather than roasting them; there’s a difference), and it’s just a bit overpriced. Bonus star, though, for the comfy outdoor seating; if it’s nice outside, why would you ever consider sitting inside?
I say, avoid the coffee entirely and have a chai instead; hard to screw up tea.

I wouldn’t typically give a chain 5 stars unless they are exceptional and since I’m in Starbucks almost every day I’m probably pickier then most.
When I can place my order of «double tall, non-​fat, no foam, no whip, 180 degree, 1 splenda, mocha» and they take in stride with a smile AND get it right I must admit I’m impressed.
