I stayed here on «mother and daughter» trip on August 5^th, the place is only few minutes away from the Estes Park center. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and we absolutely loved it!
The house is located at the top of a hill. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. It was very easy to find. We were welcomed by Patricia with English tea and enjoyed our conversation. She is a wonderful host that made us feel at home. She recommended a good place to eat dinner (Nepali food) and shopping. We stayed in a suite with a bathroom. The room was very clean, had two battles of water and the mattress was very comfortable. We slept very well. The next day we planned to hike Chasm Lake trail (only 9 miles away) and had to wake up at 5 am. I asked Patricia not to get up but she did and she prepared for us breakfast. I walked into the kitchen at 5 am and the table was set with Blue willow British porcelain, wild flowers and an abundance of food: bagels, fruit preserves, muffins, fresh fruit and vegetables. Patricia also has two adorable dogs; both are very calm and friendly.
I will recommend this B&B to all my friends and if I visit Estes Park I would like to stay here again.

This was our first time at a B&B and it was wonderful! Patricia is such a great host, she is very welcoming. She has 2 English bulldogs that are adorable and very friendly. I am a dog person so they did not bother me — if you are not a dog person not to worry, they are good at staying out of your way. The home is beautiful, with an elevated deck with tables to eat at (and a nice view), and a patio on the other side with a great hot tub! She has 2 grills at your disposal, this was great so that we could grill the first night we were there. We stayed in the spruce room which has a very comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a TV. You get your own parking spot as well. Now for the important part, the breakfast! We had breakfast 2 days and it was to die for, wake up hungry because there will be a lot of food prepared! Her rates are very affordable, so get them while you can! I have no doubt you will enjoy your stay here!
