Keep it simple. Best peanut sauce and spring roll EVER! Great satay. Delicious pork barbecue noodles. Why eat anywhere else. Destination restaurant.

Meh. Fried tofu was inedible. Basil dish had an odd flavor. It was hot inside the restaurant. It was just… off.

Stumbled on this gem after finding the Donut Haus closed — I know — opposite ends of the spectrum. But boy, were we lucky! This place is delicious. Ask for a side of the Thai chili fish sauce and then watch out. You’ll want to stick your tongue in a cup of milk – I eat really spicy and I was wiping sweat from my neck, and I don’t even sweat! We got the gyoza and Pad Kee Mao(drunken noodles). And both were better than I’ve had in Los Angeles, where there’s an actual Thai Town. Get the Thai iced tea too. The condensed milk helps ease the pain of the chilis. Can’t say enough about this place. So glad we didn’t end up at a brewery eating yet another burger.

We happened to find this little gem in Estes Park and am so glad we did! The yummy spring rolls, gyoza, and best of all satay chicken really got our tastebuds going. The cashew chicken had the perfect flavor as did the chicken massamun curry. You will definitely want to go back!

Went on a recommendation from a local, and glad we did. Great pad Thai, great service. It’s off the beaten path, next to the post office. Had no trouble parking and sat right down.

My wife and I arrived around 5pm for dinner. We’re still on EST and had spent the day driving to Grand Lake and back on Trail Ridge Rd. and seeing the sights. The restaurant was about half full. We were promptly welcomed and seated. Service overall was quick and accurate. Our food came out piping hot in no time. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls to start. They were stuffed with mushrooms, carrots, and crunchy veg. The skin was crisp and freshly-fried. I liked them without the sauce, which was a bit too sweet for my taste. I had the basil fried rice with tofu. It contained plenty of fried tofu triangles and veg. I ordered it medium spicy and it made my tongue tingle, like Indian mild. The portion was large. It was pretty tasty but a bit on the oily side for my taste. I would eat it again but probably wouldn’t seek it out. I think I would if it were a bit less oily. If you order it, maybe ask them to use half the oil they normally would. My wife had Pad Thai with chicken. Her mild spice was«not nothing» on the spice scale. She said«It was pretty good.» I asked her if she wanted to add anything to that and she replied«Nope. Is that cool?» There you have it. Overall it was a fast, decently priced meal of freshly cooked food. Our server was polite and took good care of us. That’s pretty good in my book!

Get the Tom Kha Gai coconut soup and anything off of the special menu at the front door when you walk in. Split freshly made dumplings, curry and a stir fry with my Dad for a hearty dinner with a couple of Estes local beers. Watch the spice levels, they have several options and they get very hot very quickly!

My 5 stars is based on the food — it was excellent! Will definitely return next time I am in Estes Park. I got the Pad Thai with medium spice. A warning for the spice intolerant: my friend ordered two dishes with«hot» and«Thai hot» — and she said both were too spicy for her. Tread carefully! Service was also great. Manager and waitress checked in with us multiple times. In a nutshell, I will be back!

Estes Park’s Thai restaurant is a charming little place, decorated in lavender and purple hues with comfy seating with pillow booths tucked in and cozy corners. I have had the chance to eat here now about half a dozen times and all of the items that I have tried were delicious. My first dinner here was the chicken Thai basil, which I was a little sad because it was served with ground chicken and there was not very much of it. But since then my other five experiences have been excellent! We have tried about half of the curries, some of the specials, and the papaya salad and soups. One of the things I really like about this establishment is that their spice factor is right on. I said I wanted my dish medium/high hot and they got it exactly right — just a little hotter than medium! Came in here recently on a very rainy day and tried the ginger tea, a sweetened concoction service piping hot and is super cozy for winter or Dreary days. The staff is so nice and the place is so cozy and the food is so yummy and spicy! This is a great Thai restaurant in Estes Park!!!

I went with the chicken pad Thai and my girlfriend had the Beef Green Curry. Both of them were ordered«2 star spicy» and were very mild. I’d recommend a minimum of 3 star spicy if you like a little kick. Both dishes were good. The service was good. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Have been here twice and he a lovely lunch each time. I like the quiet location near the river and playground. I’ve only tried the Thai options. Tasty Satay, though I do with the sauce was warmed up. I tend to order drunken noodles at least once at all Thai places. These are good, nice dark saucyness. Soups are always delicious.

Dining options in Estes Park are slim, so with this restaurant having one of the highest ratings in the area, we gravitated towards it. The décor feels a bit outdated but service is quick and friendly. The menu consists mostly of Thai food, with a few Vietnamese dishes. The Crab Wontons were fantastic. They were delivered to the table piping hot and filled with lots of crab and a light binder of cream cheese, instead of the other way around. The Pineapple Fried Rice was a large portion including both shrimp and chicken, pineapple chunks and some texture added with cashews. The Fresh Spring Rolls and the Tom Ka Kai soup were also delicious. My suggestion would be to stick with the Thai dishes. 2 of us ordered the Phở Tai and it was probably the worst version that I have ever had. The broth had absolutely no flavor, and the meat was boiled and bland as well. Even adding hoisin and Sriracha could not save it. Really, stay away. They offer bottled brews from the local Estes Park Brewery, which I felt was a nice touch. The Long’s Peak Raspberry Wheat was delicious. You’re probably best off choosing Café de Phở-Tai when dining in Estes Park despite the horrible fail of the bowl of Phở.

Awesome Thai lunch today! We started out with gyoza, which came with a nice hoisin soy sauce. My fiancée got the pad see ew for lunch and that did not disappoint. I went with the medium sesame chicken, but it wasn’t as hot as I’d thought it’d be. I would definitely go hot if you like it spicy. Solid Thai spot in Estes!

Excellent Asian food in a town next to famous Rocky Mountain National Park. What’s great is there’s a mix of Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese entrees. And the service? Impeccable. All four of us were served quickly — they knew we were tired from our day of hiking! This out-of-the way spot should be visited by more tourists to RMNP. Enjoy!

Oh, Colorado. Your standards for Thai food are seriously at a dire level. Although it is possible the location is why my food was so awful: Estes Park(as I have learned) is quite old, small, and folksy, which I can definitely appreciate. So, it makes sense that the only thai food for miles would be sub-par. Places in Dallas with four stars are usually nothing less than phenomenal. So, I think my expectations were WAY too high when I walked in. The décor is questionable, but I didn’t mind it. Hole-in-the-walls are usually housing bomb-ass food. The staff were definitely from Asia, just not Thailand. Even the cooks were asian, so I figured the food would reflect as much. Their bar area is down the hall from the restrooms; close enough that you can feel and smell the stench wafting over. When we try new places, we like to play it safe with pad thai, fried rice, and spring rolls. We ordered the fried and the raw spring rolls. The sauces were terrible and didn’t match the flavors well at all. Usually fresh spring rolls come with peanut sauce. This sauce was curry based and thin. The rolls themselves were standard and didn’t wow anybody. The pad thai had the typical sweet peanut flavor that I can enjoy even at its most basic level. The thai basil fried rice had a grey tint to it… This should have been a red flag, but I had been walking around in the cold all day and was absolutely starving. The fried rice was supposedly cooked with jasmine rice, but the rice we got was broken and mushy. I was so, so disappointed. How do you screw up fried rice? Anyway, my stomach turned a couple of times when I was finished. My friend’s younger brothers aren’t experimental by any means, so they ordered sesame chicken. The waiter said they didn’t have any breading, so they tossed white chicken meat in «sweet and sour sauce». The boys liked it. I thought it was gross and swimming in too much sauce. Keep in mind, sesame chicken was a «Special of the Day». It was scrawled on a white board at the entrance. Not only does their food lack in many, many attributes, they are brave in charging for what they do. The sesame chicken comes with a side of steamed rice. For an EXTRATHREEDOLLARS, you can make it fried rice.(FYI, fried rice is just white rice with soy sauce and an added egg.) You’re charging $ 3 for an egg? The service was okay. The waiter was very sweet, but the egg rolls took an abnormal amount of time to run, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We hightailed out of there as soon as we paid and prayed to God we didn’t get food poisoning.

Contrary to previous reviews, the waitress was completely unwilling to discuss vegan options. She was clearly overworked and I’m pretty sure she was just trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Sorry to do this I have never written a review this harsh but this is the worst place ever! every thing that could go wrong did go wrong. We had a party of 8 when we got there the place was packed and we were told to come back 45 minutes later when we did come back it was like we were an inconvenience I knew at that moment we should have just left but we were all so hungry we went ahead and just sat down we ordered our food and that’s when it went downhill even more. we ordered our appetizer the vegetarian spring rolls. Started off strong and tasted very good the fried tofu with absolutely ridiculous it tasted like we were chewing burnt crunchy tofu. The Thai iced tea was the essence of Thai iced tea like I was drinking somebody’s leftovers anyways don’t go there anyways don’t go there especially for 148.00 dollars is what we paid.
