I contacted EnviroPest to determine if we have mice/rats as a neighbor had issues. They never returned my email or call. I called another service I found on Unilocal(Colorado Pest Pros) and they responded quickly and professionally.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Denver, CO
Enviropest was contracted to perform bat remediation at our building. While the work was completed, the resulting installation was unattractive and flawed. Follow-up was basically non-existent, and the matter has yet to be satisfactorily resolved. Following is a copy of correspondence with the Operation’s Manager: Mr. K., I just left you a phone message as it has become evident that emails are probably not the best way to handle this situation. Considering our brief history and your apparent dismay at the way I have handled this I am going to remove myself from the dialogue. I met with the owner, shared the entire email stream with him, and we agreed that it would be best to turn this problem over to the Manager of the wildlife division. Unfortunately he was on vacation last week, and I was attempting to handle this in his absence. You will now be talking to Eric Brady, and I am sure that he will make whatever arrangements necessary to bring this to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. Eric will contact you sometime tomorrow. I will bring him up to speed on the entire history before he calls you. I apologize that this has dragged on for so long; it will get resolved. Bill Walker Mr. Walker, here we sit and yet another week goes by. I speak for the majority of the homeowners when I say we are most disappointed in the efforts or lack thereof made by Enviropest regarding work done on the premises. I am truly amazed that no one from your company has made a concerted effort to meet with us, listen and review our concerns regarding the poor workmanship and general lack of concern on your part. As the company providing these services, one would think that you would stand behind the work and rectify the situation. Instead, for some reason we are tasked with photographing and coordinating an acceptable solution? The onus is on your company to make it right. I believe strongly in customer service, and this is simply unacceptable. I expect that a mutually agreed upon time is set at our building to review and discuss an acceptable solution to the very evident problem. I also expect to be contacted in return, as last time you opted not to return my phone call. The fact that this job was ‘under-bid’ by someone no longer with the company is quite simply irrelevant.
