The waitress was very informative as to what was vegetarian. She knew exactly what kind of oil the sweet potatoes were cooked in. Very much enjoyed my veggie pizza and sweet potato fries.

I went in with a party of 10 people. While slow service is sometimes expected with such a large crowd, the food didn’t make up for the time spent waiting. This was by far one of the worst places I’ve gone to eat in my entire life. Chalk it up to a bad dish? No. The crowd I was with loves to order different dishes and invites everyone to sample each other’s food. An entire group of 10 people walked away disappointed and scratching our heads: How could anyone like this place, outside of its location, was beyond each of us.

Great ambience and better food. Server was a little absent at times, but I won’t hold the overall restaurant responsible for it. Great local beers, great pizza.(Skip the appetizers). Good prices for a tourist town. If your in town, this place is a must.

5 stars for the food. Jalapeño poppers were great. This is one of the few places that has anchovy topping for pizza. Too bad they don’t do thin crust. Overall it was good for a vacation eatery.

Good pizza, good service. I got the Mediterranean pizza that had artichoke and feta cheese on it. It was delightful. The crust was a smidge on the dry side but that is my only tiny complaint. The hubby got a build his own with sausage and liked it noting the sausage was a little on the spicier side, he doesn’t mind though. All in all a nice little pizza joint with good food and good service.

I am not a native to Colorado. The food was very good although one of my friend’s pizza had an overly prevalent amount of sauce. Service was not on EXTREMELY on fleek. Despite the speed of our food arriving, waiting for our checks, checks to be picked up, and checks to be returned was like waiting for the return of Christ. Overall, the food was Gucci but the service could use some work.

To be fair, this was not our first choice. We were headed to the Italian restaurant next door(Mama Rose?) but the prices there were more than we wanted to pay. We got there right before the evening rush and several tables had just been seated in the same amount of time so our waiter was running around like crazy. It took just a bit to order but the appetizer came out quickly. I then noticed that several other tables that were seated when we were or just after us getting their food. The waiter came up and apologized for the wait. He then offered the salad bar to us free of charge. Definitely a plus to admit you made a mistake and make up for it. The food was good quality. The pizza was fantastic. Onion rings were thin and crispy. Sandwiches were good too. I loved the lettuce wedge with blue cheese and bacon! A great meal for a good price and they took good care of us when it took too long. Can’t beat that!

We stopped in for dinner about a week ago and really like the ambiance. The view from our booth was quite lovely as well. The food itself was ok, but nothing exceptional. I found my pizza to be lacking in flavor. Might give them another try and order a sandwich — my son did like his hamburger and said it was quite tasty.

I ordered a pizza with pesto sauce & mushroom. It was perfectly delicious! The food arrived promptly & server had a great sent of humor!

For a $ 30 pizza it was not super. Crust was tasteless and fell apart constantly. You’re paying for the view.

Little disappointing, cleanliness just wasn’t there, and the soup didn’t come out great. Food could come out warmer but it did come fast. Price wise fairly reasonable on the food but not on the soup and salad way to expensive for what you get.

Went here after a hike in the park. Food arrived quickly, but there was nothing special about it. It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t amazing either. Service was ok as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a must-go-to in Estes Park, but I wouldn’t say don’t go either.

Terrible service and definitely NOT family friendly. We had two couples and three small children with us and the hostess would not accommodate our group… ANDTHEREWEREMULTIPLETABLESOPENRIGHTINFRONTOFUSANDNOONEWAITINGTOBESEATED.

Great ambience and very good food. Seems a little pricey but it is in touristy Estes Park. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Estes and want a good sit down place for lunch or dinner.

Beautiful décor, sweet waitress, delicious pizza! The service was quick. The waitress was very tentative. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely eat here again.

It’s a basic place for pizza. The crust was fair and I feel the crust makes or breaks the pie. The toppings were ok, just a place for people to come and go and get comfort food quickly. What made this place better was the staff. Friendly, helpful, humorous, and all around fun. They made the food taste better simply by being great hosts.

You must try the cheese bites(can’t go wrong with fried cheese!) I will need to come back here and try another type of pizza, I think the one I tried was called Rocky Mountain something, it had trout, capers, cream cheese, onion… everything I love on a bagel… but will never order on a pizza ever again. Boyfriend had a meat pizza, it was good. Bathrooms were incredibly dirty and smelly so that was a disappointment. We will have to give it another try next time around.

After a long day of shopping and hiking, the family and I decided to treat our parents to dinner(since they were generous enough to take us to Colorado.) The six of us ordered three medium pizzas and one salad and had PLENTY of food to enjoy. We ordered the Poppy’s Special, the Polynesian, and a customized sausage and pepperoni. I ordered the Sonoma Salad with grilled chicken. Everything was wonderful. The pizzas were hot, the crust had a great bite and wasn’t too thick, and the salad was fresh. Out of the three, I enjoyed the Polynesian the most, but then again, I enjoy pineapple on my pizzas. Poppy’s Special was also really good. I’d definitely recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable environment, a wide selection of wines and beers, and anyone who enjoys a freshly baked pizza.

We stopped by Poppy’s and ordered the cheese bite appetizer, Mediterranean pizza(added kalamata olives), and the raspberry wheat beer. Going back I would probably skip the appetizer. There wasn’t anything wrong with it, but it was a bit boring AND that would give me more room for pizza. The Mediterranean pizza was really good! I would definitely suggest adding the olives to give it an extra kick. I was actually super surprised the olives were not standard on this pizza. The raspberry beer was also very good. You can even purchase a Poppy’s glass for $ 3 with your beer purchase.
