Beautiful Smiles

I came here as a new patient last year. My previous dentist had ignored a broken tooth and told me it would be fine. I had recently moved and found myself in excruciating pain. I called Beautiful Smiles at 4:00 in the afternoon and they agreed to see me. The doctor and an assistant stayed after hours to get me fixed up enough so I had no pain and could get through the night. Since then I have had multiple procedures there and all is well. The doctors and staff are great. I have since recommended it to many coworkers who also love going here.

Staff was nice, I was told that I had 2 cavities possible 3, and some decay after he did X-​rays, I had to switch to another dentist because of new insurance. After the X-​rays the new dentist said that I did not have any cavities or decay.

This was the absolute worse dental experience I’ve had. I’ve had wisdom teeth removed from a competent practice and went through less pain and problems. I went in for a dental crown, early May 2012 and it is now Mid June and they still can’t get it right and I still have the temporary crown. I’ve had at least 6 impressions and 3 visits later and I still don’t have a permit crown. They almost choked me on impression material, had to do 3 impressions before they could get one right to sent to the lab. 17 days later, permanent crown came back, and it didn’t fit. First, the tech dropped the crown in my mouth and I almost swallowed it, and in about 1 hour for trying to file and force it on without numbing me and with me in tears in pain, they decided to send the crown back since the lab filed my teeth on the impression (which they knew as they tried to make it fit my actual teeth). More impressions needed. Before round 3, I get a call a week later saying the impressions were not good enough on round 2 and I had to come in for yet more. More pain, more impression. More time off work. At this visit 3^rd visit, I left the office in pain and felt pain and saw blood in my mouth for the last week. Today, I pull a thread they left in my mouth when the coiled the gums. My gums were bleeding and in pain, because of a thread from the coil they left around my tooth and on my gum when they put the temporary back in my mouth. I get apologies and was told this was a «serious of unfortunate events». I wish this was fiction, but it’s not.

The office and assistants are nice, but the dentist is horrible. Had to get work he did fixed by another dentist. Plus he is rude and over charges. DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL HERE!!!
