Allstate Insurance: Bill Mason

We’ve been clients with Bill for almost 18 years. During this time we’ve become friends with Bill and his lovely wife, and great staff. What makes his agency unique is that they try not to push a policy on anyone they (bill) feel isn’t nessesary. Or make you spend to much on a policy they cannot afford. But that office makes sure you and your family have plenty of coverage to care for the needs of your loved ones in case something happens. In this day and age when businesses are out for themselves and not really caring about customers needs or the family of the customer, Bill and his staff (my wife and I feel) goes above and beyond what needs to be done. Bill Mason has what I consider old school values where cares for his staff and clients. He is an excellent example what insurance agencies should be like.
