Ordered a salad without meat. Pointed out that there was meat in the salad. Why did the associate ask me.“cant u just pick the meat out?” And this placed refuses to give refunds. #wack service. If your shyt aint right –tell em.

The management has their stuff together. This is by far the nicest staff I’ve seen at a McDonalds and the food is above average for all McDonald’s. They’re doing a great job. Service is always fast and hot fresh food.

I’d give a zero if Unilocal would let me… but HOW THE HELL DO YOU TELL PEOPLE WE DONT HAVE ANY ICE!!! YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ICE MACHINES AND NO ICE??? CLEVELAND WE HAVE A PROBLEM! And they slow as hell… labor is quicker than this location. Sat in drive thru for 10+ minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Once I’m able to pay, I’m told you need to wait and they fucked up my order… and took forever to give me $ 0.98!

We go here sometimes at lunch or right after work for a snack (since we work nearby), but in general it’s pretty dirty. Food tastes consistent with McDonald’s quality and the employees are very nice. Just needs to be on McDonald’s list of remodels.
