Rite Aid

I switched to this pharmacy when it first opened (abt 6 yrs ago?) just because it was closer to my house. I wasn’t really thrilled with the other ones in my area (CVS & Walgreens on Lakeshore and E. 222^nd). This is truly one of those pharmacies where you feel like you are at a local, family-​owned business. Anytime I have had an issue they will call my doctor, insurance company, other pharmacies, etc… in order to make sure I can get my prescriptions filled on time and correctly. They are always incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Since they opened, I have moved to the Westside, but I keep coming back. I have tried other pharmacies, including a Rite Aid by my house and the service just doesn’t compare. I know every time I stop by there I will be greeted with a friendly smile and all my medications will be in order. I know this sounds corny to be so enthusiastic about a pharmacy but for someone like myself, who happens to visit the pharmacy regularly, it’s important for me to be able to have pharmacists who are knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile, and the fact that they are so friendly just makes each time I visit that much nicer. As an added bonus, they give my dogs a treat when they come with me thru the drive thru. Pepper and Sheba also give them five stars.
