I have never rated any company before now, never felt the need to. 24 Hour Lockout is the worst company I’ve had the misfortune to use in a long time. My issues:
1-The so called «answering service» quoted me $ 35, again it turned into $ 65
2-The phone number listed on the site to call… this answering service… was rude and even blocked my calls after hanging on me. Yes I was upset when I called, but I was never rude and didn’t yell, I just wanted an explanation… which I didn’t get.
This company preys on people who need «emergency» service and then over-charges them for the service. Please do not use them. Please find another service, any service to help you
