7-Eleven

This used to be a great «convenience» store. Not anymore. Ever since the new owners took over it has been a downhill slide. First they fired the friendly and helpful people and replaced them with rude cashiers that can barely speak english and behave like I’m not good enough to shop there. Have been told several times one thing regarding prices/​promotions only to have a different price ring up. Recently I went in to get some chips and a roll of quarters. Apparently they now have a minimum purchase requirement in order to use my debit/​credit card. It would be nice if there was a sign posted somewhere near the machine stating this. Initially, I was told (with a heavy sigh of annoyance) it was $ 2 so I go grab another bag of chips. It rings up as a 2 for $ 2 price and the cashier looks at me and says the minimum is actually $ 3. Forget this place. Between the «convenience» store across the street and three major shopping center less then a mile from this location they better fix all these new issues or they will lose the customer base the previous owner and workers established.

Since new management this place has almost doubled the price of everything. Was told we could add toppings from the condiment bar to our pizza then was charged extra… after the fact! Management okayed this several times but an employee said we needed to pay extra. This place is convenient to home and work, but we won’t be giving this store our business any longer. They make up prices as they go and are not concerned whatsoever with good customer relations. So sad to see a good business in decline.
