The staff here is fantastic. It is nice to get something you’re looking for without having to feel embarrassed. They are knowledgeable and really want you to get exactly what you’re looking for. Thanks for making the «awkward» experience far from awkward!

The male sales associate with the beard was very rude and responded very curtly when I asked a basic question. Luckily the other sales associate took over and helped me with a big smile and was very helpful.

As good as it gets for adult stores! Large, huge selection, well-​lit, the staff leaves you alone but is happy to answer questions too, and no creepy people in here. They have tons of accessories, outfits, literature, movies, and a big selection of goodies for bachelor (ette) parties. You can’t go wrong at Castle.

We found exactly the lingerie we wanted, and the service was AMAZING. But, the selection was a little small compared to what I’d expect for a megastore. Don’t get me wrong, a quick browse through the toys and the lube was amazing, but they could have some more lingerie. Again, I can’t say how amazing the staff was.

My best friend and I went in a couple of saturdays ago just to explore and we had the best time! The assistant manager Jenny was there and spent a lot of time answering our questions and showing us different things. We will definatly be going back.
