Friendly, non-​pretentious, old-​school wood worker’s paradise. Come to Crosscut Hardwoods to browse a beautiful array of boards ranging from standard fir and oak to exotic birdseye maple and rough-​edge table tops — all the rage right now. Ask for what you want. Ask for advice. The staff is friendly and they’re all woodworkers of one degree or another. If you want to make or have made cupboards, tables, bookshelves they have all the woods plus they have business cards to personal connections who are expert woodworkers. Want special wood flooring? They have this too. They can mill most anything (so far as I know). Crosscut Hardwoods is a real find, recommended.
