I walked into this boutique in Eugene, Oregon and was very surprised by the great selection of women’s clothing. I’m a man and I was with my girlfriend who was looking for shoes and jeans for an important business dinner we had later that evening in Eugene and she was able to find everything she needed. There was a good selection of shoes, accessories and dresses but the thing that struck me most about this store and its the reason I am writing this review is the customer service. The owner Christine was there and she personally helped my girlfriend with every selection. She was wonderful, nice, knowledgable and funny. If anyone wants to find really well made high-end clothing in Eugene, Oregon this is the place to go. Also, it’s next door to a really high-end supermarket where we had a delicious lunch afterwards.(and parking was easy too!)

Got lucky today when I wondered into this store. Beautiful clothes for my wife that was back in the hotel taking a nap. They were having a Sarah Pacini trunk show… More luck. I pick up a really nice sweater that felt European quality. I love to shop local and this boutique was a great find! Only sorry to say my Duck is graduating so don’t know when I will be back in Eugene.

They do not honor their return policy. It is clear and is posted in the store, but the owner may choose not to honor it, for no reason. In addition, they are unprofessional about it in a way that is embarrassing. They also sometimes gossip about their customers or make personal comments, which is too uncomfortable a shopping experience. I would give at least an extra star for having some nice clothing pieces in Eugene, but even those nice pieces are overpriced. Yes, they are worth more money than department store clothes, but not as much as this place sells them for. People who can also shop in L.A. or Seattle boutiques(not just me but friends I’ve brought in) will remark that this little place is way over-priced for what it is, that you can find the same quality unique fashion in bigger cities for much less.

I didn’t like anything in this store and everything was over-priced.

Bad service. Very snobby attitudes. Haven’t been back. They had nice things but act like you aren’t welcome.

I’m a little confused. I’m not sure who the owner is, but there was one woman(who I’m leaning towards as the owner) who was über nice and cool and another woman who just seemed a touch pretentious and trying too hard. BUT the clothes were cool. So that’s a plus. They actually had one of the nicest selections of Custo product that I’ve seen out west. The prices were high for Eugene… well they seemed a little high for me, and I’m pretty sure Eugene is a college town(where people don’t spend 450 $ on one item, right?) so that confused me a little in itself too. Anyway, it is a cute boutique. It was very bright and light and easy to shop around in, which is über important. Perchance I find myself needing a pit — stop on my next I-5 road trip, I might duck into Due Donne for a minute.
