It’s the fairgrounds! What’s not to like? You generally are only gonna come here for entertainment or because you want to.

The fair grounds have loads of events at prices the entire community can afford. The space has lots of parking and is on a mass transit line. It isn’t the most modern building but it works. The town has expanded to incorporate the fair grounds.
Asian festival, beer tastings, and roller derby all work well in this venue.
