FMW Training is home of the tabata workout.
Don’t know what Tabata is? I didn’t either until some of my lovely law student colleagues told me to check it out. Tabata is a workout that focuses on speed intervals of squats, push ups, abs, etc. This workout only lasts for 30 minutes, but I have never felt like I was going to throw up after a workout until I did this workout. Fact.
Highlights:
— First time is free!
— Only $ 4 a class!
— You won’t be able to walk for at least 3 days!
