Heritage Meadow Apartments

I would not recommend these apartments!!! They are new and nice inside but at times feels like you are in prison. I am not a smoker but they have a no smoking policy and if you or a guest smoke you are automatically evicted, it can be stressful having to police every one who comes over. You can’t even have your own doormat outside, little things like this are ridiculous but they act like they are huge issues. The management comes off nice but in reality are the most fake people I have met. You can hear everything your neighbors do, they expect you to be asleep by 10pm or you may get a noise violation. You pretty much lose all your freedom living here and if you come home after 6pm good luck finding a parking spot because you won’t and will be stuck on the street. Also their new appliances are pretty cheap, my dishwasher only works half the time. I can’t wait till my lease is up so I can get out of here and get some freedom from these fake people! Only good thing is brandon and Ashli the most annoying mangers or for that matter people I have ever met moved out, I just wish I knew where so I could avoid that place as well.

No no no!!! You don’t wanna live here! The parking is a total mess! The management is a total hypocrist! They pretend to be nice, but never do their job! Trust me, it’s only gonna get worst, ’cause they are building more apartments! I can’t even turn into my assigned parking lot. As for the bedrooms, they are tiny, and no sun comes in at all!
