My car is not finished yet. I can tell you that they know their stuff. What I also appreciate is that they spoke with me on a professional level. Nothing irritates me more than being treated like a dumb woman when it comes to cars. They also are very personable with a great sense of humor. So far, two thumbs up with no worry that will change. Thank you Kadel’s for making my very first accident a good experience.

Took my truck in last year and they gave it back to me unfinished. When I called to notify them they asked me to come back in. When I found the time, I brought it in and they wanted me to leave the vehicle with them again. I didnt have the time so they said just buff it out yourself or come. back when you have an hour. Inconvenient. How can you release a vehicle when it isnt finished?

I was in a minor fender bender in my leased vehicle and was assigned to Kadel’s for an appraisal. John walked me through his appraisal, helped to educate me on my insurance options, and offered some excellent recommendations. I will update again once the work has been done, but so far Kadel’s has been an absolute dream to work with.
