I was planning a move from Oakland to Eugene and had been looking at houses online for months. I came up about a month before I moved because I had found a five acre property I really wanted to look at, but I needed an agent who knew the area well. My father’s friend Bob in Eugene said he had a really nice customer who was a real estate agent and gave me Kim’s name, and I’m really glad he did! When I went to meet with Kim, she impressed me with her knowledge and personality, and I felt right away that we would work well together. I didn’t end up with that five acre property, but with Kim’s help and keen understanding of what I wanted, I did find the perfect house in a great neighborhood about a month after moving here. She was really great at negotiating the price based on the inspection. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
