We just left what I thought was your open gym for kids age 3 and under. We were there for less than 10 minutes when three kids around age 10 were allowed to come in and play. They had no awareness of my son being there, almost ran him off the trampoline and kicked him while on the rope swing. I am so furious. We come here only because of the allotted times for toddlers. When I addressed this with the young girl working, she said ‘oh well this is our camp.’ No where on your website does it address an older kids camp to take place during toddler open gym. I am so disappointed I want to cry. The girl working couldn’t have cared less.

Ive been here a couple times. It’s ok. It’s kind of dingy and worn down and smelly, but the boys just want to run and jump and swing. We’re going to a bday party there. That might be a little different. Every time we’ve left kipsters we end up getting sick. I don’t know how well things are cleaned and sanitized.

Experience very similar to other reviewer. Made us pay even for the parents at a kids birthday party, and then didn’t let them jump on the trampolines! Not very welcoming or friendly, and I’m not very interested in going back.

I had so many places to choose from for my daughters birthday. I have regrets choosing kipsters. First, she was supposed to mail me invitations that had a release that needed to be signed, I never received them, so my daughter only had a few days to hand out invites. They sat and watched us the entire time (would have been fine if they would have at least smiled) my daughter asked me to jump on the trampoline with her, I had to pay $ 8 to jump for 2 min. THEN, as we were leaving, I asked for the tshirt that my daughter was supposed to receive, (it was written in the pamphlet that was given to me when I signed up) they said «no, we don’t do that anymore» and refused to give my bday girl a shirt. I paid $ 135 (a pretty average price) but I would NEVER go back, and because of the horrible customer service, I wanted to share so other people choose to go to any of the many other gymnastics places! ! No Good!
